 Wireless Account Associate Primary Duties:

• Increase new customer sign-ups by delivering exceptional customer experiences and personalized service

• Present and promote Lumen products, services, and promotions through direct, personalized interactions

• Achieve individual and company sales goals while ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience

• Build long-term customer relationships through trust, expertise, and effective communication

• Participate in entry-level Wireless Account Associate team meetings to share strategies and collaborate on achieving sales objectives

• Maintain professionalism by being knowledgeable in Lumen’s products, services, and promotions

• Utilize effective sales techniques to increase product visibility and customer engagement
