Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and problem resolution
Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times
Process transactions and update customer accounts
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency

Available shifts: Morning - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm
Afternoon - 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am
