Salary Range:  $50000 - $75000 year

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help drive company growth through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and research new business opportunities in target industries and markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven sales strategies
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client pitches
  • Support lead generation efforts, including outbound prospecting and follow-up communication
  • Collaborate across departments to align on sales targets, marketing campaigns, and execution plans
  • Help organize and promote webinars, trade shows, networking events, and other marketing initiatives

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to take initiative
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in sales development, business growth, and client success
