We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Marketing Manager to support our event-based marketing campaigns and grassroots outreach initiatives. In this hands-on, public-facing role, you’ll help organize and execute community events, represent our brand in the field, and build strong connections with local audiences.

No prior marketing management experience is required. We provide full training and mentorship!
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach activities
Represent our brand or partner organizations at events, clearly communicating messaging and values
Coordinate event logistics including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, venues, and community partners
Track event performance, engagement data, and outreach results
Ensure consistent brand presentation and professionalism in all public interactions
Collaborate with internal marketing team to align field efforts with broader campaign goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay adaptable in fast-paced settings
Team-oriented, but able to work independently when needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
Experience in event coordination, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work is helpful, but not required
