Salary Range:  $50000 - $65000 year

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help drive company growth through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and sales support.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and industry experts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and initiative are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target industries and markets

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic sales initiatives

  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral

  • Support lead generation efforts, including outbound outreach and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies, targets, and execution

  • Help plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to take initiative

  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in sales development, business growth, and client success

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools is a plus
