About the Role

As a Community Relations Manager, you will help strengthen brand awareness and enhance our reputation through local outreach and community engagement. This role involves coordinating programs, building partnerships, and aligning outreach with our overall marketing goals. You will work closely with both marketing and public relations teams to execute campaigns that resonate with the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, community leaders, and influencers

• Plan and support community outreach programs, volunteer events, and sponsorship opportunities

• Represent the company at public events, career fairs, expos, and networking functions

• Work with the marketing team to ensure community efforts support larger brand campaigns

• Respond to community inquiries through social media and digital platforms

• Track community engagement and assist in reporting outcomes and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Outgoing and friendly personality with a collaborative mindset

• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills

• Interest in community building, public engagement, and brand promotion

• Internship or volunteer experience in outreach, public relations, or brand communications is a plus
