What You’ll Do:

  • Hands-On Training: Learn essential skills to manage and oversee client campaigns effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with target audiences to enhance brand awareness and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Brand Promotions: Represent clients through pop-up events, driving revenue and increasing visibility.
  • Client Advocacy: Maintain a positive brand image for both Invictus and our clients.
  • Quality Service: Ensure compliance with company and client standards to uphold service excellence.
  • Industry Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of client initiatives, success stories, and future goals.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign results, report findings, and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or related fields is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinker who can adapt and find solutions on the spot.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and contribute toward shared goals.
