We are currently seeking candidates for our Entry Level Management Training Program in the Asheville, NC area. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through interactive displays and promotions to showcase our clients’ products and services. Our in-store promotions are popular in big-box retailers, reaching customers at the right moment to help them make informed purchase decisions.

Along with managing product displays, Management trainees will receive hands-on coaching from a mentor, learning key business operations such as human resources management, client relations, team management, and profit and loss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing in-store marketing campaigns.
• Training entry-level representatives.
• Communicating promotions and product details to customers.
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Keeping up-to-date with our clients’ products and services.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 2-year or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
