Salary Range:  $4000 - $5000 month

Job Description:

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at myhomeIQ, your role is crucial in ensuring our new members start their journey with us on the right foot. You’ll conduct daily one-on-one Zoom calls, facilitate group training sessions, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure every new member feels confident in using our platform. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has experience in customer onboarding or customer success, and can effectively guide new users in a friendly, personable way.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Conduct daily one-on-one Zoom calls and group training sessions to introduce new members to myhomeIQ, customizing the setup based on each client’s specific business needs.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure clients are fully trained on our product features. Provide ongoing support, answering questions and addressing concerns to maximize client success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and confident in using myhomeIQ.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, gathering and sharing feedback to enhance client satisfaction and improve product functionality.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process to increase efficiency, client satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding completion and user satisfaction, ensuring all new users fully understand and utilize myhomeIQ to meet their goals.
  • Time Management: Self-manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks without needing extensive oversight to maintain productivity and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Success or Onboarding: Proven background in a customer-facing role where you have onboarded, trained, or supported clients or members.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re an excellent speaker and communicator, comfortable presenting on video calls and explaining complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Professional Presentation: As you’ll be on Zoom calls daily, a professional appearance and a dedicated office space are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online training tools, CRM platforms, and general SaaS environment. Proficiency with Zoom, Google Suite, and customer success software is a plus.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to track multiple onboarding processes, follow up with members, and stay organized in a remote role.
  • High Initiative & Self-Motivation: You don’t need micromanagement to stay on task—you manage your own time effectively, maintain productivity, and ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to meet and track KPIs regularly and adjust strategies based on onboarding effectiveness.
