Position Overview: What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key player in our field sales team. Your role involves going door-to-door, introducing homeowners to our pest control services, and explaining how our solutions can enhance the safety and comfort of their homes. You’ll have engaging conversations right at their doorstep or in their homes, educate potential clients, and demonstrate the true value of our offerings. By building trust quickly, you’ll turn brief interactions into lasting customer relationships—often in just 10 minutes!

We offer industry-leading training that includes one-on-one field coaching, effective sales scripts, and a mix of online and in-person sessions to help you excel. Our pay structure is highly competitive, including commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door sales to present our pest control services.
• Work during late afternoons and evenings to align with homeowner availability.
• Commit to a seasonal schedule (April to September) or a timeline that fits your situation.
• Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to keep your skills sharp.
• Deliver exceptional follow-up and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• No sales experience needed! We provide all the training you’ll need—though prior experience is a plus.
• Ideal for entry-level candidates, including recent high school grads and college students.
• Comfortable while handling rejection and turning it into opportunity.
• Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, but it’s not required.
• A readiness to complete sales training and learn our sales scripts.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation Package:

Our sales consultants typically earn $55,000 to $70,000 per season, combining commissions, bonuses, and profit-sharing.
