Role Overview / What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll be working in the field, going door-to-door to introduce homeowners to our pest control solutions. Your job will be to help families make their homes safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. You’ll have conversations with homeowners, educate them about our services, and explain how our solutions can add value to their properties. With a focus on building trust, you’ll quickly turn new interactions into lasting connections – often in just 10 minutes or less.

Our training is the best in the industry, with 1-on-1 field training, sales scripts, and a blend of online and in-person classes to help you grow quickly and advance in your career. We also offer a competitive pay structure, including commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to educate homeowners about the value and affordability of our pest control services.
  • Be available to work with homeowners during late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate their schedules.
  • Work within a seasonal timeframe (April to September) or a similar schedule that works for you.
  • Take part in daily sales training and meetings to continually sharpen your skills.
  • Provide excellent follow-up and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • No sales experience? No problem! We’re happy to train you, though any experience is a bonus.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, including recent high school graduates and current college students.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable with rejection and have a knack for turning hesitant prospects into happy customers.
  • Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential. Bilingual is a plus but not a must.
  • Be prepared to complete sales training and memorize scripts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are a must.


Compensation:

We’re offering an average seasonal earning potential of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, which includes a mix of commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing.

Your compensation package will be discussed based on your experience, qualifications, and how you perform during the interview.
