Job Description:

As an Entry Level Outside Pest Control Sales Consultant, your primary role involves cold-canvassing neighborhoods to market pest control solutions to residential homeowners. These impromptu consultations at the doorstep will aid homeowners in enhancing the safety, cleanliness, structural integrity, comfort, and value of their homes for their families. Your conviction in the immense value we offer will drive you to establish quick rapport and turn strangers into friends at every doorstep you knock at. Your expertise in building trust, clear communication, diligence, and product knowledge will help you maintain a robust pipeline of cold leads that convert into successful sales and serviced clients.

  • Engage in daily residential canvassing door to door to generate qualified, contracted sales.
  • Be flexible with homeowner-client's late afternoon/evening availability.
  • Commit to reserving seasonal working availability from April through September (or similar availability)
  • Educate homeowners on the advantages of our Pest Control Solutions.
  • Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
  • Provide an unrivaled customer experience through thorough frequent follow-up.
  • Commit to meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly performance metrics


Role Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is not required, but is considered a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
  • Willingness to face daily rejection and de-escalate clients who are averse to our marketing efforts.
  • Availability for full-time (9 hours/day) hours daily from April through September (at the very least). 
  • Best-in-class communication skills. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required!
  • Completion of relevant Sales Training programs and Script memorization.
  • Consistent performance in a fast-paced, KPI-oriented environment.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation of your own.


Compensation:

Yearly expected earnings: $55,000-$70,000
