Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for personalized portraits.
• Create initial sketches and drafts for client approval, adapting to feedback and providing creative input.
• Use various painting techniques to develop high-quality portraits, ensuring each piece captures the essence and personality of the subject.
• Select appropriate materials and tools to accomplish the best outcome of each portrait, including canvases, brushes, paints, and other accessories.
• Manage multiple portrait projects, prioritizing tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace conducive to professional artistic creation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in portrait painting and continuously evolve artistically by adopting new techniques and processes.
• Participate in team meetings and artistic reviews, providing constructive feedback and ideas to enhance the overall creative output of the team.
• Ensure that all completed projects meet the quality standards of Enterprise Management Solutions, Inc. and exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and present finished paintings to clients, providing insights into the techniques and processes used to achieve the final product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field, with a strong focus on painting or illustration.
• Proven experience as a portrait painter or similar role with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing detailed, lifelike work.
• Exceptional skills in using traditional painting mediums such as oils, acrylics, or watercolors.
• Strong understanding of color theory, anatomical drawing, and the ability of capturing a subject’s likeness and character.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on artistic quality.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of both receiving and providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated patience and precision in creating meticulous, high-quality portraits.
