As a Customer Relations Associate, you will listen, advise, and problem solve while identifying areas where you can retain customers & secure new customers. In addition, the Customer Relations Associate will actively engage consumers to sell our client's products and services.

Duties:

• Engage customers by building rapport and initiating interactions

• Explain products and services to customers

• Enter and process customer orders

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Generate interest in new customers and assist with retaining current customers

• Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various products and services to customers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong communication skills – building rapport quickly, active listening, and confidence in what you're saying

• Reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time consistently

• Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail

• Displaying a high-energy personality
