As a Customer Service Specialist at Solana Smart Home, you will be the frontline communicator with our new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. We are expanding rapidly due to increased demand for our innovative smart home appliances, offering excellent opportunities for advancement within the company. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and perform product demonstrations. 
  • Assist new and existing customers with inquiries and issues related to our smart home appliance products and services in person.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every demonstration.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Assist in the processing of orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail, phone or in person in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in training peers on effective customer service practices as needed.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Educational background in communication, business, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • No experience necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends or evenings if required.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the job is based without sponsorship.
