At Payson Premier Dental, we believe in transforming lives—one smile at a time. Our practice was founded by Dr. Kristin Wade, DMD, FAGD, who began her career here in 1998, first as a dental hygienist and later as a dentist. Her passion for learning has shaped Payson Premier Dental into a comprehensive dental practice, where we aim to address the root causes of dental issues rather than just treating symptoms.
We understand that a healthy mouth leads to a healthy body. Research shows that oral health is closely tied to overall well-being, influencing conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and more. That’s why we emphasize preventive care to help our patients maintain long-term oral and overall health, with the goal of needing less dental work over time.
Our values guide everything we do:
We are dedicated to taking a comprehensive approach to dentistry while building relational trust that allows our patients to experience a simple path toward oral health in a caring environment.
And Then Some: We always do what is expected...and then some.
Community Involvement: We see our community as an extension of our fun, caring family and seek ways to be involved outside the office.
Dedicated to learning; Always striving to be better: Each one of us has a passion to provide the best patient experience possible; it drives us to continual learning in our areas of expertise.
Fun and Personable: We are easy to get along with and have a positive attitude no matter what is happening in our lives outside of the office.
Proactive/Problem Solver: We approach problems with a “let’s figure this out” attitude. We take initiative and look for solutions before going to others for help.
These three little words are the secret to success.
They are the difference between average people and top people in most companies.
The top people always do what is expected… and then some….
They are thoughtful to others; they are considerate and kind… and then some…
They meet their obligations and responsibilities fairly and squarely… and then some…
They are good friends and helpful neighbors… and then some…
They can be counted on in an emergency… and then some…
I am thankful for people like this, for they make the world more livable. Their spirit of service is summed up in three little words…and then some. -Carl Holmes
