CNC Lathe Machinist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program 2 axis CNC Lathes on the machine using G code. Expert at setting up and running parts on Lathes.
• Utilize Prints to create efficient programs, utilize canned cycles.
• Fast set up and break downs.
• G&M Code Programming a must.
• Materials experience in cutting Alum 6061, 303, 17-4 PH, 4140, Nylon.
• HAAS and Fanuc Controls OiMF or OiMD experience preferred.
• 5 years minimum experience on Lathes (Print to Finished Part) required.

QUALIFICATIONS: --High School diploma or GED required --Minimum 5 years of experience programming and running CNC lathe machines is required. --Ability to set up jobs, program, test part on your own. --Ability to operate Haas CL-1, ST-10, Doosan, Daewoo, Kia, Hyundai, Fanuc machines --Ability to work on parts with +/- 0.005 tolerances --Ability to produce parts from drawing to finished part on your own.
