Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering a positive experience. This role involves a blend of communication channels, including phone interactions, in-person appointments, and retail events.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
Assist clients with a range of needs, from providing companionship to addressing specific service requests.
