Skills and Requirements

• You’ll need your own transportation and valid driver’s license. Your must be located near Montclair in Essex County, NJ.
• Good communication skills: communicate with customers, the paint crew, and other contractors.
• Good problem solving skills: you must act swiftly and strategically for urgent needs on-site when issues arise, with the ability to communicate with the customer and crew accordingly.
• Strong desire to learn and excel in the painting craft. 
• Knowledge of Preparation and Painting procedures, and application methods is preferred, but not required. (If you have a positive attitude about learning procecures and have a mentality to hustle, we are willing to teach!)
• Job set up and safety protocols, understanding tools and equipment use, safety and cleaning, color matching, and timing for the proper hours daily.
