Dental Assistant at Asrari Endodontics

Asrari Endodontics is seeking a dynamic and skilled Dental Assistant to enhance our growing team! This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dedicated individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Located in a state-of-the-art facility, our practice is renowned for delivering exceptional endodontic care. This position is Full-Time and will typically include working four 10 hour days. Pay will be based on experience and potential.

We are looking for an amazing Dental Assistant to bring enthusiasm and precision to our team. Experience in endodontics is beneficial but not necessary, as our expert team is ready to train the right candidate. This role is key to maintaining the efficient workflow of our practice, ensuring that every patient visit is smooth and comfortable.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow.
  • Assist in the management of medical and dental emergencies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms properly for patient examinations, including instrument sterilization.
  • Help manage office records and patient files effectively and confidentially.
  • Take dental x-rays and CBCT images as directed by the dentist.
  • Provide patients with after-care instructions.
  • Ensure that all dental instruments are cleaned, dated, and processed according to established clinic guidelines.
  • Maintain dental equipment in good working order and report any faults or issues promptly to the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dental Assistant; experience in endodontics is a plus.
  • Dental X-ray certification.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and the patience to communicate with patients, team members, and vendors.
  • Ability to follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols effectively.
  • Sound understanding of all health and safety regulations in a dental clinic setting.
  • Excellent patient service skills and the ability to foster a comfortable and calming environment.
  • Technical skills required to manage dental office software.
