Position Overview:
We are searching for a versatile and dynamic Customer Care and Outreach Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role involves acting on diverse projects, including SOP creation and implementation, overseeing assigned RPS markets, client communication, and application processing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining internal processes to efficiently submit applications to the applicable Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Administrations and Tracking Systems.
