As an Entry-Level Human Resource Associate, you will:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Help organize employee engagement activities and company events
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who:
- Holds a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Is passionate about building strong workplace relationships and promoting a positive work culture
- Possesses excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (internship or co-op experience counts!)
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an advantage
