Salary Range:  $85000 - $110000 year

Position: Superintendent 

Location: Harmony, MN (projects are within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)

Salary: $85,000-$110,0000 per year based on experience 

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm

Summary: Seeking a proactive and experienced leader to oversee plow and drill crews, prioritize safety, manage daily operations, mentor teams, ensure project efficiency, and collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain staffing and workflow in underground utility construction. 

What does winning look like at Miners?

  • Crew foremen are led, managed, and held accountable.

  • Project Manager and Project Administrator are currently on construction status and needs.

  • Communicates where, when, and what needs to be accomplished to the foreman based on daily workload.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and leading plow and drill crews in construction and holding them accountable

  • Lead crews with safety as the top priority, including leading the morning meeting with a clear path forward.

  • Efficient and effective communication with project managers, project administrators, foremen, and crews. 

  • create and maintain day-to-day processes involving mentorship to foreman and crews as well as production reporting, ensuring schedules and budget, and maintaining equipment.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure proper staffing.

  • Be a self-starter, bring a positive attitude to the team, have a desire to succeed and make a difference in your team and community


Requirements:

  • An “I will attack this problem” mindset.

  • Understanding of underground utility power and fiber systems and construction processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to meet physical demands 

  • English/Spanish (preferred)
