WHAT DOES WINNING LOOK LIKE  AT MINERS?

• Crew foremen are led, managed, and held accountable.
• Project Manager and Project Administrator are current on construction status and needs.
• Communicates where, when, and what needs to be accomplished to the foreman based on daily workload.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED TO DO THIS JOB EXTRAORDINARILY WELL?

Skills required:

• 5-7 years experience in coordinating and leading plow and drill crews in construction.
• The ability to lead crews with safety as the top priority, including leading the morning meeting with a clear path forward.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and professional skills.
• A “I will attack this problem” mindset.
• Understanding of underground utility power and fiber systems and construction processes.
• Must be able to create and maintain day-to-day processes involving mentorship to foreman and crews as well as production reporting, ensuring schedules and budget, and maintaining equipment.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure proper staffing.
• Must be a self-starter, bring a positive attitude to the team, have a desire to succeed and make a difference in your team and community
• English/Spanish (preferred)
