WHAT DOES MINERS UNDERGROUND STAND FOR?
Ownership- Your Freedom is directly tied with your responsibility. We don't hire spectators. We hire team players. The freedom you experience is directly impacted by the level of responsibility you take. This means you own your actions. Every action is an opportunity to learn and grow, for your sake, the team’s, and the company.
Integrity — We perform honest work, regardless of the circumstance. Our aim here is to consistently perform well in our work, and to provide exceptional value to the client at all times, recognizing this keeps the company going and able to bless our team members.
Accountability — Accountability is rewarding! Accountability is not punishment. It is being accountable for your results. We want to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses.
Service Mindset — We believe our strength is for service. At Miners Underground, we want to help you recognize that strength, build that skill, give you an opportunity to serve with that strength, and pass that on to the next guy. This is the definition of being successful, being able to serve others with your strengths that helps them!
Hone Your Craft — Constantly improving, honing, and perfecting your craft. We believe in constant improvement and the principle “The way we do it today may not be the exact same way we do it tomorrow.” Always be committed to learning new ways and developing more effective solutions to attacking a problem.
WHAT DOES WINNING LOOK LIKE?
These are the Success Statements that serve as the outcomes that the operator is responsible for achieving and sustaining. Success Statements are reviewed regularly in weekly/biweekly one-on-one meetings between leaders and their team members to identify if the outcome is red (not true), yellow (inconsistently true), or green (consistently true). The goal is to be green in all areas, but you won't start that way. That is the fun of the journey, working towards becoming consistent in what matters most to be successful.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
