WHAT DOES WINNING LOOK LIKE?
These are the Success Statements that serve as the outcomes that the Laborer is responsible for achieving and sustaining. Success Statements are reviewed regularly in weekly to biweekly one-on-one meetings between leaders and their team members to identify if the outcome is red (not true), yellow (inconsistently true), or green (consistently true).

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Chain equipment
Load/unload equipment
Dig holes with shovel
Restore jobsite
Rake dirt
Seed disturbed areas
Be gopher for tools and material
Spot for Operators
Grease Equipment
Setup safety devices (ie. cones, signs, barricades, etc.)
