Tender Care Home Health & Hospice currently has excellent career opportunities for a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide individualized, goal-directed care.

CNA Job Duties (include, but not limited to):

• Follows the patient's plan of care as prepared by the Registered Nurse:
• Provide personal care to patients; including, but not limited to, bathing, shampooing, shaving, mouth care, and skin care.
• Immediately reports to the Registered Nurses/Nursing Supervisor changes in the patient's condition and needs.
• Completes appropriate documentation according to Home Health Care policies;
• Communicates effectively with patient and/or family in all aspects of care being provided.

CNA QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• One (1) year of home health or hospice care experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Current driver's license and auto liability insurance.
