Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations

• Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvement plans as necessary

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (home health
• experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
