Business Development Associate role is responsible for developing job openings with new and existing clients in a timely manner. You’ll be expected to become knowledgeable about your assigned industry as well as the positions and titles of those working within it.
Responsibilities:
Market top candidates to new and existing clients based on pre-determined needs
Identify decision makers within organizations and leverage industry knowledge to secure job openings
Call prospective clients to introduce them to The Bridger Group’s service offerings
Create and use marketing and voicemail scripts
Create a consistent communication plan for developing client relationships while maintaining record of all communications
Qualify potential clients through detailed interviewing to assess match with The Bridger Group

Monthly Draw
Up to 100% Billing Credit on placements made from job openings developed by you
Up to 50% Billing Credit on placements made from job openings developed by others
Tiered Commission starting at 35% on cash-in
Cash-in bonuses up to $6,000, based on levels on cash-in
Quarterly Bonuses up to $2,000 based on assigned KPIs
