The Associate role is responsible for recruiting candidates for job openings in a timely manner. You’ll be expected to become knowledgeable about your assigned industry as well as the positions and titles of those working within it.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
Identify potential Impact Players to proactively market to clients and prospects
Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts
Call prospective candidates to introduce them to current opportunities
Create a consistent communication plan for developing candidate relationships while maintaining a record of all communications
Conduct preliminary assessments of each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change
Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to access skills, abilities, and experience
Align candidates with opportunities for which they are a “best fit”
Continually pre-close and close the candidate and client on the opportunity for which they are being presented
Compensation:
Base salary (commensurate on experience)
25% Billing Credit on placements made
15% Commission on all cash-in
Quarterly Bonuses up to $1,000 based on assigned KPIs
