Baggenstos & Associates, Inc. is an established painting business in Sonoma County, CA and we are looking for qualified Painters (laborers and journeyman) to help continue our dedicated services. 

We work with people in their homes as well as on commercial projects and as such require our Painters to be Dependable, Knowledgeable & Professional.

Applicants must have an eye for detail and the ability to learn to paint with precision. Tasks will include loading and unloading job-site supplies, assisting with any tasks necessary to aid in an efficient and professional completion of the job, including patching, taping, masking, spraying, and brushing.  Applicants must have the ability to learn these tasks, as well all safety protocols with minimal training.  

We are looking to bring on Painters who love to make homes look beautiful and are proud of their craftsmanship. 

Painter Duties & Responsibilities

• Review painting tasks for each job 
• Properly painting materials and equipment.
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Correctly handle paint and ensure proper air ventilation.
• Wear appropriate painting uniforms
• Wear all protective gear
• Manage and review painting supplies needed for each job
• Carefully cover any furniture to avoid paint spills.
• Work effectively not to damage the client’s property.
• Provide safe precautions to customers
• Properly clean up after every painting job.
• Properly dispose of any painting materials.
• Ensure all painting equipment and tools are in your possession
• Review painting work with the customer
• Willingness to learn and/or improve their craft

Applicant Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Have Reliable Transportation with Insurance.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Ability to work a paint sprayer.
• Must be able to hold a paintbrush for continual hours.
• No fear of heights.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License with clean record.

Wages Based On Experience.

Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (occasional weekends and evenings by prior arrangement).
