We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up ad targeting, managing budgets and bids, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to ensure we’re meeting our marketing goals. Salary: $32 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads: Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads (including Instagram).
- Ad Targeting: Configure precise targeting for campaigns to reach the right audience segments.
- Budget & Bidding: Manage ad budgets, set bidding strategies, and optimize spending for maximum performance.
- KPI Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, conversions, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Campaign Optimization: Regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to ads, bids, and targeting.
- A/B Testing: Run and evaluate A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continually improve results.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior team members.
- Stay Current: Keep up with trends, updates, and best practices for Google Ads and Facebook Ads to ensure the company’s campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others).
- Basic experience in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns.
- Comfortable with managing budgets and adjusting bids to maximize campaign performance.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present actionable insights.
- Knowledge of key digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on campaign performance.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel or Google Sheets.
