As an E-Commerce Order Support Specialist, your role will involve ensuring the precise processing and on-time dispatch of all sales orders. You will be responsible for handling both domestic and international shipments, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient operations, and managing all stages of order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
Hourly compensation is competitive at $28 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales orders for both domestic and international customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.
- Oversee logistics for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure prompt delivery and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and update inventory levels in the system as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Maintain accurate records and track shipments.
