As a Sales Order Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all sales orders are accurately processed and shipped promptly. Your primary tasks will include managing both domestic and international shipments, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and overseeing all activities related to order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
Competitive hourly pay of $26 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage domestic and international sales orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Oversee the logistics of both incoming and outgoing packages.
- Communicate with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any shipping issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and update systems accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Maintain accurate records and track shipments.
