HVAC Installer Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You’ll travel to clients’ properties to install new HVAC systems, ensuring they’re set up correctly and running efficiently. Your job will also include replacing old systems and ensuring the proper installation of all equipment.

To succeed, you need strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems and replace old ones
• Set up and configure air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
• Inspect and test new systems for efficiency and safety
• Ensure systems are installed according to building codes and manufacturer specs
• Maintain an inventory of installed equipment
• Work with the team to ensure smooth installations
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on installation techniques
• Work flexible hours as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• HVAC vocational training or apprenticeship
• Knowledge of HVAC system installation and setup
• Ability to work in tight spaces
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work when needed
