We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Caller to join our team. This role involves initiating outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, generate leads, conduct surveys, or provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage potential customers, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers based on provided lists or leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and interests to qualify leads for the sales team.
• Product/Service Promotion: Explain and promote company products or services to customers and answer related inquiries.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, handle objections, and maintain a positive relationship.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately log customer interactions, responses, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales where applicable.
• Sales & Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed call quotas, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Compliance & Policies: Adhere to company policies and comply with relevant telemarketing laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Part-time (WFH-Flexible)
• Hourly Wage: $12.39 - $20 per hour (varies by experience and company).
