Applicant must be available Mon-Fri possibly weekends for a minimum of 15 hours a week. Must be organized and a go-getter. You will be working alongside the producer and co-host. Knowledge of podcasting platforms and social media platforms is a must. Detailed attention is required. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college program that requires an internship.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting or overseeing research
• Planning
• Interviewing
• Scriptwriting
• Editing
• Guest research and scheduling
• Directing narration
• Fact-checking
• Other aspects of production.
• Requirements:
• Not a must but preferred, if the intern is pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radio, Communications, Media Production, or a similar area of study.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to use general audio editing tools (i.e. Audacity).
• Basic understanding of podcasts.

Desired Skills:

1 year experience in Podcasting (hosting, producing, or editing)
