Inside Sales Representatives Duties:

• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners across the Minneapolis area to drive sales performance. 
• Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and promote our client's products effectively.
• Execute in-store events to provide in depth product knowledge to customers, answering questions and recommending services tailored to their needs. 
• Track individual and team performance to continuously look for opportunities to increase sales and exceed targets.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a strong interest in sales growth and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with retail teams and customers.
• Comfortable with travel within the Minneapolis area to attend daily events.
