Our Retail Sales associates help customers throughout every stage of the sales process and ensure that they find the perfect fit for their needs. In addition, they develop quality relationships with customers, while handling all customer concerns, objections, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and integrity. They also work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands.
Responsibilities As A Retail Sales Associate:
Attend daily meetings to increase product knowledge and improve retail marketing and sales margins
Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies
Develop authentic relationships with the brand’s prospective consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience in a retail setting
Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability
Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
Gather new retail marketing and sales tactics by attending networking and working events
