Customer-Focused Team Member
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexibility as shifts vary, including both mornings and evenings, and weekend availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service: Greet customers warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
- Order accuracy & payment processing: Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle transactions with precision.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard.
- Upsell & enhance customer experience: Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness: Ensure the dining area and kitchen are organized and cleaned throughout your shift.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Restock inventory: Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Food handling proficiency: Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is required.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Math skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Team-oriented: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and collaborate to achieve team goals.
