Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
  • Analyze the needs of clients to offer suitable products or services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant information to the management on a regular basis.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, enhancing brand awareness and gaining new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people and personalities.
  • No prior sales experience required—just a drive to succeed.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic focus on achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts and to occasionally extend work hours when needed.
