We are actively searching for a Community Service / Customer Support Representative to join our innovative and expanding family as we partner with charities in the local area. We are looking to raise the bar in consumer engagement and connecting people with the right fundraising campaigns and services to benefit the community at large. Our goal is simple. To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that not only convey the message, but make sure it was received and to increase the bottom line for our National Charity partner. This serves our charity in both the short and long-term, as any exposure is good exposure!
As the Community Service and Support Representative, you will receive extensive training, in person and virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the charity and the brand of our organization. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective consumers by utilizing your high emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and charismatic and empathetic personality. You will become exceptionally well-versed in this program leading to potential advancement opportunities.
