We’re looking for a Fractional Operations Manager who’s passionate about helping small businesses grow and succeed. What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with small business owners to align their day-to-day operations with their big-picture goals.
Lead regular team meetings to keep everyone on track and working toward success.
Organize and facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions to create actionable strategies.
Be a role model by leading with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Help teams grow by identifying potential leaders and fostering their development.
Assess hiring needs and provide guidance on building strong teams.
Offer insights into financial metrics to help businesses make smart decisions.
Work closely with family- and couple-owned businesses to navigate their unique dynamics (bonus points if you’ve done this before!).
Identify and solve operational challenges.
Communicate honestly and constructively, even when delivering tough news.
