Your Role

As a representative of the Faction Financial brand, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role involves connecting with families, building relationships, and providing insurance solutions that offer peace of mind. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to qualified leads and occasionally conducting cold outreach.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients while educating them on the risks of being uninsured.
  • Presenting personalized insurance options to help families secure end-of-life coverage.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.
  • Willingness to make cold contact when needed.
  • No previous sales experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome! Sales experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including evenings and Saturdays to accommodate client needs.
  • Ability to complete sales training, including memorizing scripts and applying them effectively.
  • A self-motivated attitude to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
