Your Role at Faction

As the face of our organization, you’ll represent the Faction brand by helping families secure end-of-life insurance coverage. Your work will involve connecting with potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that bring peace of mind. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting outreach to qualified leads, with occasional cold calls.
• Establishing trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Educating families about the importance of end-of-life coverage and tailoring solutions to fit their needs to enroll them in a program that best-fits their individual needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence in connecting with and communicating with families over the phone, sometimes cold contacting.
• No prior sales experience required—we welcome entry-level candidates!
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays to accommodate client schedules.
• Ability to complete sales and marketing training, including memorizing scripts.
• Commitment to working a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
