What You’ll Be Doing:

As a representative of Faction, you’ll be the face of our brand, making lasting first impressions on potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to connect with families who need end-of-life insurance coverage, transforming cold leads into trusted customers. In this role, you’ll:

  • Engage in calls with qualified leads, building trust and sparking interest.
  • Educate families about the risks of being uninsured during unforeseen events, such as illness or loss.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions that address their specific needs for them to enroll in.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfort in making calls to qualified leads, with occasional cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • No prior sales experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Ability to memorize and follow a sales script during training.
  • A mindset that thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
