Let's Talk about the Role:
Representatives of the Faction brand are the first impression of our brand and what we stand for. Their first function is to prospect and evangelize our Insurance solutions to families in need of end-of-life coverage. These homeowners start as strangers, and leave the conversation as friends and clients. Our objective is simple: we engage in a call with a qualified lead, build trust and curiosity, teach and educate them on the inherent risks of going without end-of-life coverage in the event of untimely illness or death in the family. Your conviction and persistence will fuel your ability to take these cold leads and convert them into happy customers.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable calling qualified decision-makers and families to market Insurance Solutions.
- Must be able to make some cold contact with potential clients.
- No previous sales experience required! Entry-level talent encouraged to apply! Sales experience is a cherry-on-top.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule (at least 40+ hours per week). Must be able to work an evening schedule.
- Must be willing and able to cater to the availability of the customer-base and work Saturdays and Evenings when they are home.
- Must be willing and able to pass applicable sales and marketing training including memorizing a script.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high expectations.
Compensation:
- an average of $90,000 to $110,000 in yearly compensation between advances, commissions, and bonuses
- Paid on a daily and/or weekly basis based on participation in enrolling clients in the programs that best-suit them.
- Includes revenue-share bonuses.
- A clear path of progression into management. Management will be given a weekly additional performance-based bonus based on team production.
