As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive qualified traffic and increase conversions. You will play a key role in managing our digital advertising strategy, working closely with our team to drive measurable growth.
Salary starts from $32 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads and Bing Ads strategies to meet performance goals.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and design targeted campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for performance improvements (CPC, CTR, ROI).
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve targeting and overall strategy.
- Set up and manage bidding strategies, budget allocations, and campaign settings to ensure optimal performance.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital advertising across both platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid search, display advertising, and bid management strategies.
