As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed and shipped in an accurate and timely manner. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth operation of the order fulfillment process, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet our high standards of quality and service.
Salary starts from $27 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage customer orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate with different departments (inventory, shipping, customer service) to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Monitor order statuses, ensuring prompt shipping and addressing any discrepancies or delays.
- Organize and oversee the packaging and shipping process, ensuring all orders are ready for delivery on time.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of order shipments and inventory levels.
- Ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing products while adhering to quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or logistics is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with order management systems and shipping software.
