Order Handler

Salary Range:  $27 - $27 hour

As an Order Handler, you will be responsible for processing, managing, and tracking customer orders from start to finish. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure the accurate fulfillment of orders, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring on-time delivery. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our company’s reputation for providing excellent customer service.

Competitive pay of $27 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify product availability and stock levels before confirming orders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any issues that may arise.
  • Resolve any order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions in the system.
  • Prepare order documentation and ensure proper labeling and packaging for shipment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and managing stock levels.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other order management systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
